This option is perfect if you’re looking for recommendations from an experienced interior stylist to elevate your home and ensure it presents cohesively for sale. The 60-minute consultation includes a walk-through of your property where we will provide you with detailed advice on how to best present your home to the market. We touch on the spatial flow of furniture, cosmetic interior updates, soft and hard furnishings and gardens. After the completion of the consultation, you’ll receive an email outlining the suggestions discussed.

From campaign photos that showcase the best features of your property through to thoughtfully presented open homes, professional styling will help your home tell a curated story and reflect a lifestyle desired by potential buyers. We take the time to genuinely understand your unique needs, all while balancing the requirements of styling for real estate photography and open for inspections. Together with your story and our expertise, we present a tailored design solution that highlights the positive features of your home and divert the eyes away from any challenging aspects it may have. Our aim is to create spaces that feel like home.

If you need some help to define your style and bring the elements of your home together in a cohesive way, a general consultation is a great way to find the clarity you need. Whether you are searching for advice to style one room or the whole house we can help.

Suitable for clients who need inspiration and help creating harmony within their home but are happy to get hands on and facilitate the project themselves.
We visit you at your property to discuss the area(s) of choice. This will be followed up by our expert advice and a mood board on one particular space which will include furniture, decor, art and soft furnishing selections. Your mood board will come with a list of suppliers at a retail level that you can purchase from directly and take control of the project yourself - using your personalised style suggestions as a guide.
Suitable for the busy client who is happy to hand over the reigns to us completely.
We visit you at your property to discuss the area of choice. This will be followed up by our expert advice and a mood board on one particular space which will include furniture, decor, art and soft furnishing selections. The mood board will come with a list of suppliers including access to our trade accounts that you can benefit from and from there, MSM manage the purchase and delivery of items.
An additional hourly fee of $50.00 is applicable if you would also like MSM to install your items and style the room.
Package Disclaimer: The mood board(s) will be created after we have spoken at length about your desired aesthetic and goal for the room and will be based on how clear you are with your vision. Sharing Pinterest boards, magazine cut outs and inspiration pictures will help define what you want the end result to look and feel like. One set of changes is accommodated but further changes to the mood board(s) will incur a $50.00 hourly fee.

There are some common considerations you can start to work through to ensure your home is presenting in it’s best light - and get you a few steps closer to being ready for us to come in and elevate your space with our warm, embracing, carefully considered styling selections.

On the rare occasion that a property doesn't sell by the completion of the six week hire period, we can offer you an extension of hire for a weekly fee (on the proviso that we do not require the inventory back to service future clients). We will do our best to ensure that you achieve the best outcome possible for your home.

We suggest selecting a stylist first to allow for planning and recommended cosmetic updates to be completed before commissioning an agent. Initially, you can book us in to organise a walk through of your property, which will enable us to provide you with advice on how to best present your home to appeal to potential buyers. Once this has been completed and our services are confirmed, you can start discussing the timeframes, sale period and photography with your chosen agent. We can then work within your timeframe to style and install our selections seamlessly.

To ensure the best possible result, we like to take our time in designing and selecting the perfect furniture pieces for your home. We prefer a lead time of one to two weeks minimum to allow us to facilitate logistics, organise our team and carefully curate the styling direction for your home.

The furniture selected for styling is a six week hire period. However if your home is sold prior to the completion of the six weeks then we will arrange for early collection of the furniture.
